To Look after an ecosystem you must make sure the wildlife which lives there succeed . You can do this by not littering and feeding the Animals. Feeding the animals is bad because it makes them not hunt for their food so when no one is feeding them they die because they have forgotten how to hunt for their own food to eat. Do not alter the environment in anyway because his may be where an animal's calls home and this is where it is safe for it such as a carpet snake in long grass, Tawny frog mouths hollow holes in trees. If you think you need to help the ecosystem yourself, you need to check the diversity of the ecosystem. If an ecosystem lacks diversity, you would know that it is slowly dieing. If a protected forest is falling below its intended goal it is unhealthy. If any of these signs are negative, you need to reduce the amount of household cleaning chemicals or substances that can harm any type of forest. You also can reduce the amount of garbage in the ecosystem. Some things that could minimise human impact could be have a dense wall made of trees so the sound of cars and everyday objects does not get into the ecosystem this also prevents household pets such as dogs and cats from getting in. Some downsides to this though could be that the animals that can't fly of climb up trees would not be able to get out and explore more than just their ecosystem. Others things we could do to improve the ecosystem could be making holes in trees for animals such as sugar gliders and possums to have somewhere that is safe to live.
